Shaping the future of creativity and brand impact.

Wollip is more than a creative studio. We are a new model designed to bridge the gap between education and industry, giving emerging creatives a pathway to real opportunities while delivering standout work for brands.

We recognise the challenges graduates and young talent face when stepping into the industry, as well as the need for brands to access fresh thinking and innovation. Wollip exists to meet both — pairing creativity and strategy with mentorship and practical experience.

Our mission is to open doors. For clients, that means work that makes an impact. For new creatives, it means a genuine step into the future of the industry.

Wollip was co-founded by Nicola, whose career began in radio as a marketing director. With a passion for creative strategy and a talent for building brands, she went on to launch and scale several successful businesses.

Today, Nicola leads The Sunny Balcony Group, a growing network of companies across a range of industries. The group supports founders and startups with the strategic guidance, resources and confidence they need to grow. Wollip is one of those supported startups.

With a strong background in both business and branding, Nicola saw the opportunity to help bring Wollip to life. Backed by the Sunny Balcony ethos of empowering people with big ideas, Wollip is now a studio where emerging creatives can access real opportunities, and where clients can be part of something bigger than just the work.

Why we started Wollip

The room has white walls, a window with patterned curtains, a framed paintings of a building by the water, and plant picture on the screen. The man has tattoos on his left forearm and is wearing a dark patterned shirt.

While Nicola brought Wollip the business strategy and experience in building brands, Farquhar brought the creative vision. Together, this balance of business and creativity shaped Wollip into a future-focused partner for brands. Farquhar leads creative direction, design and strategy, blending bold ideas with digital innovation to deliver work that resonates and creates lasting impact.

With a strong passion for startups and building businesses, he drives Wollip forward with an entrepreneurial mindset, working closely with clients to build strong brand presence while shaping ideas that define the future of creativity and business.
